This program is designed to prepare students for employment, as an Information Technology Assistant, Computer Support Assistant, Network Support Assistant, Network Administrator, Wireless Network Administrator, and Data Communications Analyst.

This Program offers a broad foundation of knowledge and skills to prepare students for employment in network support services positions. The content includes instruction in computer literacy; software application support; basic hardware configuration and troubleshooting; networking technologies. troubleshooting, security, and administration; and customer service and human relations skills.

This program focuses on broad, transferable skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the fallowing elements of the network support services industry: planning; management; finance; technical and production skills; underlying principles of technology; labor issues; community issues; and health, safety, and environmental issues.
