Welcome to the Network Support and PC Support FAQ
I have a choice of two programs, which program should I take?
PC Support is the program most people enjoy starting with because it establishes a terrific knowledge base with computers that is necessary even if you anticipate attending the Network Support as well.
I noticed that OCP A and B are the same in both programs; if I finish PC Support do I need to take the same OCP A and B in the second program?
No. Once a student has completed one program that student does not have to repeat the first two OCP's again.
I attended Network Support and was unable to complete because of personal problems and I want to come back and complete the program. Do I have to start from the beginning?
As long as we can find your previous records you can start right where you left off.
I would like to attend but I don’t have the funds available. Is there any financial help?
Yes. Contact registration and discuss your options with a counselor. There are several programs available to you.
I am interested in learning about software applications for my computer. Is PC Support the class for me to learn this?
PC Support includes training in Microsoft Office and operating system software.
When I complete the class will the school help me find a job?
Presently, we have companies that come and interview students for jobs but we do not have companies where we actually do placements.
Will this class prepare me to take the state exam for certification?
Yes. This class is directly aligned with the training required to obtain your A Plus and Net Plus certifications.
